This colossal glow up is the perfect example of what hiring a designer from the start can do for your project-especially your floor plan!  Here, we turned a neglected two bedroom bungalow with no flow into two short term rental properties that can merge to be one big home for rent. Removing some walls allowed the shared spaces to feel larger and luxurious. Now an open living area that includes an eat in kitchen that flows into the central living room. The star in this Gem is the cozy basement studio. What was once a moldy wet basement with ivy growing through the windows is now a Grotto complete with kitchenette and spacious bathroom that still manages to feel bright open and airy.
